About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Measure and Optimize product units
- Define audiences, positioning, messaging, launch planning, promotion, enablement, and post-launch adoption
- Translate technical product capabilities, measurement methodologies, and performance insights into customer value propositions and narratives
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Pinterest Ads teams on customer, market, competitive, and product-performance insights
- Turn data science and analytics insights into market-ready stories with proof points, methodology, and caveats
- Create launch and enablement materials including positioning frameworks, messaging guides, sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, product pages, release communications, and training content
- Lead cross-functional launch working groups and manage owners, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths
- Identify adoption barriers, monitor launch and adoption metrics, and improve messaging and go-to-market programs
- Use AI to synthesize information and automate content-development tasks while validating accuracy and protecting sensitive information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a closely related role in ad tech, CTV, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience bringing complex technical products or features to market, from positioning and messaging through enablement, promotion, and post-launch optimization
- Strong knowledge of advertising measurement, attribution, optimization, performance marketing, CTV, programmatic advertising, or related ad-tech domains
- Ability to translate technical concepts and data into customer-centered narratives
- Strong analytical judgment and experience using customer, market, competitive, and product-performance insights
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and resolve blockers
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or content workflows, with validation and human judgment
- Experience in a high-growth, startup-like environment with advertisers, agencies, or ad-tech commercial teams is a plus
