About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead prospecting, qualification, and closing of new affiliate CPA client accounts
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure
  • Present tailored solutions and articulate the value of tvScientific’s platform
  • Build and nurture client relationships and ensure seamless post-sale handoff to account management
  • Develop a strategic sales pipeline using affiliate marketing and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Support on onboarding and campaign execution
  • Monitor client needs, industry trends, competitors, and ad tech developments
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Participate in high-level sales presentations, industry events, and networking
  • Use AI tools to prioritize accounts, tailor outreach and pitch decks, and prepare for discovery calls
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients and identify high-value opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate sales or account management
  • Proven track record in the performance marketing space
  • Extensive experience closing high-value affiliate CPA deals and managing complex client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, performance marketing principles, and digital media
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven approach with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple opportunities and priorities
  • Proficiency using AI for account research, pipeline prioritization, and performance-marketing outreach/follow-ups
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Must be able to attend the office for in-person collaboration 1–2 times every 6 months
