About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the IT team with Tier 1 NetSuite and WMS support requests
- Investigate basic system issues, user access requests, and common system-related questions
- Participate in structured weekly NetSuite training
- Learn how NetSuite is used across departments and understand key business processes
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows and customizations
- Develop introductory knowledge of SuiteScript
- Support the AI team in building, testing, and documenting automation workflows using Power Automate, Copilot, and other approved tools
- Test AI and automation solutions and monitor workflows for errors
- Document workflow configurations, test results, and troubleshooting steps
- Gather and document business requirements for automation requests
- Evaluate opportunities for AI or automation to improve business processes
- Build foundational knowledge of Salesforce and other business applications
- Assist with basic system, technical, and operational requests from internal users
- Support system testing, data validation, documentation, and assigned projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of business systems, databases, automation, or software development
- Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, systems, and tools
- Willingness and ability to work on a hybrid night-shift schedule in Silver City, Pasig
- Currently pursuing a degree (not completed), with no minimum credential required
