About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Resolve high-level complaints, post-sales queries, and client issues
  • Make recommendations to improve business procedures and processes
  • Liaise with business partners to resolve queries and improve client service
  • Partner with the internal Client Operation team to identify opportunities and improvement plans
  • Manage resolution and negotiation of client issues to minimise cancellations, maximise client retention, and increase revenue
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Deliver performance-based results within established targets, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Monitor, track, and analyse performance metrics to achieve goals and adhere to standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be based in Ireland and have right to work in Ireland
  • Experience working in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment; financial or banking environment experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of numeracy
  • Experience working on multiple issues across a number of systems
  • PC literate in Microsoft applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer focus and desire to work with people
  • Proven objection handling and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment using tools such as Team Video calling
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
