Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a multi-zip-code territory within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA or surrounding areas, with up to 80% driving time
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment
Train clients to use the equipment confidently
Use hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Support clients using Pitney Bowes mailing and shipping technologies, including Inserters and Smart Lockers
Work independently in a remote, field-based service role with occasional travel outside the primary service radius

What you’ll need

Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Employer will not sponsor employment visa status now or in the future
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 55+ lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred)
Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)
Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
