About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sales and trial phases to map technical workflows and success criteria for infrastructure and utility clients
  • Lead post-sale technical implementation, data integration, and specialized training across PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dcatch, and PIX4Dcloud
  • Advise engineering, utility, and construction teams on transitioning from manual field data collection to 2D/3D photogrammetry and GIS deliverables
  • Identify expansion, feature upgrade, and technical upsell opportunities with Sales
  • Prepare and lead technical business reviews for key accounts and resellers
  • Monitor processing volume, data frequency, and license utilization to manage account health and mitigate renewal risk
  • Document and channel user feedback, edge-case bugs, and industry feature requests to Product and Engineering
  • Deliver advanced technical webinars, office hours, and in-person training events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct professional background or strong working knowledge of Utilities (Line Inspections), Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or Construction Management
  • Hands-on experience working with geospatial data, GIS workflows, UAVs, photogrammetry, or remote sensing
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Technical Support, Customer Success, Account Management, or Application Engineering
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts such as coordinate systems, point clouds, or mesh accuracy to field-level operators and corporate GIS directors
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% for client site visits, industry trade shows, and regional roadshows
  • Power-user experience with the PIX4D ecosystem is a bonus
  • Proven success driving digital transformation is a bonus
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required
  • Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is a bonus
