About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the voice of the customer embedded in the PIX4Dcatch product development team
- Troubleshoot and respond to enterprise customer issues related to the PIX4Dcatch mobile app
- Work with developers to report and track bugs and recommend feature improvements
- Coordinate with global customer service as the product expert
- Inform sales, marketing, customer success teams, and key customer accounts about new features and updates
- Organize product update communications, client webinars, and support documentation
- Coordinate beta testing with key B2B accounts and gather early feedback
- Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and ensure feedback is captured and addressed
- Monitor product adoption and usage to support or refute qualitative insights and assumptions
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify product development opportunities
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PIX4Dcatch and support sales, customer service, and customer success teams
- Coordinate product development for low-complexity features with clearly defined scopes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A technical bachelor's degree with some geospatial focus or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- A strong product-centric profile unrelated to geospatial will be equally considered
- Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in B2B SaaS, ideally in an Associate Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Success, or Product Operations role
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2)
- Proficient with product development, analytics and/or technical support tools (eg. Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Mixpanel)
- Experience with GIS systems, using RTK rovers, and/or mobile application product lifecycle is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain product expertise
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts effectively
