About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Director of Technology and Project Management with various areas of the technological environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure top-level customer support and tracking
Manage inventory and inventory ordering
Set up and decommission software
Handle user adds, moves, and changes
Conduct user audits
Manage and coordinate vendors
Support Placemakr team members with troubleshooting
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
Work closely with development, support, and sales teams to align on project goals
Resolve open items with vendors or departments within expected SLA
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Perform additional assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable with navigating and learning new systems
Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of basic networking terminology
Comfortable learning new systems and creating documentation
Excellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
