About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with customers to diagnose problems, scope fixes, and ship solutions end to end
Own system design for customer deployments, balancing correctness, scale, and speed
Explain plans and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and core Engineering to incorporate customer learnings into the roadmap
Help define how the Forward Deployed function operates as it grows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building and shipping full-stack products end to end
Proficiency with React and TypeScript for modern frontend development
Ability to write production-quality backend systems
Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL
Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and LLM providers
Experience with GitHub Actions, Datadog, and Terraform
Strong product sense and ability to distinguish bespoke work from product opportunities
Ability to prototype quickly and learn from real usage
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environment
Ability to handle customer-facing delays, bugs, and de-scoping conversations
Legally authorized to work in the United States
