About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and scale the consulting arm with autonomy, developing strategies at the intersection of AI, data, and technology
- Collaborate with a 450+ person technology team to design and implement AI-driven and cloud-native strategies
- Own and deliver full work packages end-to-end, producing high-quality, client-ready outputs with limited supervision
- Develop business cases, product strategies, and roadmaps
- Translate client needs into product concepts, AI use cases, value propositions, and service models
- Structure discovery and validation activities
- Frame work packages independently, developing hypotheses, options, and trade-offs for complex client challenges
- Coordinate delivery closely with technology and data teams
- Own day-to-day client interactions for assigned modules or workstreams
- Handle feedback and incorporate it into deliverables
- Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and discovery activities
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Create clear, compelling client-ready narratives distinguishing facts, insights, and recommendations
- Develop structured presentations and strategic deliverables for executive decision-making
- Work with interdisciplinary business, technology, and product teams
- Share insights, foster collaboration, and mentor colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in consulting, start-up or grown-up, venture building, digital strategy, product management, or a related field focused on AI, product, data, and design
- Proven expertise in product management from ideation to implementation
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud solutions, and data strategy
- Experience designing and delivering AI-powered products and data-driven strategies
- Experience with UX/UI and vibe prototyping solutions
- Ability to create and present business cases, pitches, and workshops
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on tangible results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to frame and deliver workstreams independently with limited supervision
- Passion for innovation, AI, and technology, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, product, and data experts
