About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and continuously evolve the Product Vertical value proposition, service structure, delivery formats, methodologies, playbooks, and reusable tools
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic projects from opportunity framing and use case validation through product definition, experience design, MVP implementation, and activation
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals, create pitches, and win strategic projects
- Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Product Management, Product Design, Digital Strategy, and UX/UI Design
- Support professional development, strengthen collaboration, define quality standards, and identify future capability and hiring needs
- Manage delivery of multiple projects in parallel, including operational Consulting and Delivery teams
- Act as executive sponsor and senior client contact while ensuring delivery quality, budget control, commercial performance, and measurable business outcomes
- Evolve the consulting model and strengthen market positioning
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify cross-selling, upselling, and follow-on opportunities
- Define project scope, delivery approach, team needs, pricing, and margin estimates
- Monitor client satisfaction, budget, margin, project risks, and delivery quality
- Capture knowledge and reusable assets to improve future delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in product, digital, design, and technology consulting
- Proven track record in leading innovation, product & design teams in consultancies and/or agencies
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic client projects
- Experience in defining consulting-related services, go-to-market strategies, business development, and end-to-end delivery
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and understanding of project economics
- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset
- High degree of self-organization and autonomy
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented
- Passionate about developing teams and creating measurable business impact
