About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, test, and deploy AI models and tools for operations, finance, and customer experience use cases
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions aligned with architectural and compliance standards
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
- Collaborate with automation engineers, process analysts, external AI vendors, and partners
- Provide training, documentation, and hands-on support to business teams
- Contribute to the AI roadmap by identifying opportunities and proposing phased delivery plans
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party AI tooling and services
- Assess AI use cases for technical fit, data readiness, and delivery complexity
- Define success metrics and monitor AI initiative performance
- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, frameworks, and libraries
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience with AI tooling
- Exposure to agent-based AI frameworks or orchestration tools
- Strong track record of deploying AI solutions in fintech or high-growth digital environments
- Understanding of payments operations and how automation drives efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with LLM-based agents, conversational AI, or intelligent document processing is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with three days a week in the office
