About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the UX and growth of the non-biology aspects of Plasmidsaurus's web app
  • Talk to researchers about accelerating their science and distill customer feedback into a roadmap with engineering teams
  • Create user experiences that set a benchmark for biotech customers
  • Own onboarding, collaboration, payments, order and logistics tracking, account settings, emails, internationalization, workspaces, and sharing
  • Improve analytics and visibility into key customer workflows
  • Identify drop-off points in onboarding, ordering, and sharing results
  • Run experiments to improve customer workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record of shipping and significant contributions shaping a B2B product into something customers love
  • Hands-on with analytics
  • Ability to conduct user interviews
  • Ability to build prototypes
  • Ability to keep engineers up to date
  • Great product judgment and UX sense
  • Ability to ramp quickly in technical domains
  • Willingness to learn and engage with complexity
  • Comfortable shipping code, AI-assisted or not
  • Experience at a small company where you were the PM is an advantage
  • Experience building solutions independently is an advantage
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
