About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and execution of high-impact educational projects with external partners
- Define project scope, deliverables, and objectives with internal and external stakeholders
- Build detailed work plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Lead multidisciplinary implementation teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor KPIs and produce progress and outcome reports
- Communicate with government entities, NGOs, and corporate partners
- Maintain high client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale impact
- Adapt execution strategies as needed
- Capture partner feedback and insights for continuous improvement
- Represent Platzi’s values and methodology while securing long-term partnerships and impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally working with NGOs, companies, or government bodies
- Proven track record managing complex projects with measurable impact across multiple stakeholders
- Strong command of project management methodologies, including PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities with stakeholder engagement experience
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project scopes
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting tools, and data-driven project evaluation
- Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of managing bilingual communications and documentation
- Passion for education, innovation, and social impact through learning
