About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases
  • Execute implementations for established use cases
  • Improve the implementation process so customers realize value faster
  • Represent Plenful in customer-facing meetings
  • Gather customer feedback and understand client-specific needs
  • Assist with custom configuration
  • Guide implementation timelines and hold customers accountable for follow-up tasks
  • Provide omnichannel customer support
  • Build documentation covering Plenful platform best practices
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales on operational requirements for use case templates and modules
  • Identify and lead implementations for contract expansions
  • Work with Engineering and Product Solutions to communicate feature needs and product requirements
  • Provide business context, customer feedback, and design input to close the customer-product feedback loop

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field
  • Direct customer-facing or customer relationship management experience
  • Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly to different audiences
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards, including FHIR and HL7
  • Experience with JSON, XML, and YAML
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Customer-focused approach to solving unstructured problems
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales and Account Management
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize independently
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and improving industry efficiency
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Healthcare industry experience is a bonus, including data quality management, prior authorizations, or benefits verification
  • BA/BS degree is a bonus
