About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute marketing strategies and plans with Ploomes partners, supporting Ploomes, a Latin American CRM company
  • Generate qualified leads (MQLs) through the partner ecosystem
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, content, and joint offers
  • Track the partner lead funnel and align with the Partnerships and Sales teams
  • Create and maintain partner materials, presentations, campaign templates, and brand guidelines
  • Analyze channel data and support performance reporting by partner
  • Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and offers to increase conversion rates
  • Support market education and partner engagement initiatives, including events, incentive programs, and communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Partner Operations programs and partner management
  • Experience managing B2B relationships
  • Technical knowledge of systems, processes, and/or software implementation
  • Ability to understand architectures, integrations, configurations, and implementation processes
  • Ability to track projects and identify risks related to timelines, scope, quality, and satisfaction
  • Knowledge of software implementation methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify deviations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead meetings with partners and customers
  • Consultative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
  • Proactive approach to identifying and managing risks
  • Ability to build long-term relationships while maintaining objectivity and accountability for results
  • Preferred: Experience with channel programs, resellers, or integration ecosystems
  • Preferred: Experience running co-marketing campaigns with software companies, such as ERP providers and consulting firms
  • Preferred: Experience working at SaaS companies
  • Preferred: Knowledge of PRM tools
  • Preferred: Understanding of the indirect sales funnel and Partnerships team workflows
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience using CRM systems to track leads and opportunities
