About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge Product and Sales within the Marketing team
- Translate features into customer value
- Define positioning and messaging by module, persona, and segment
- Plan and lead product launches, including materials and internal and external communications
- Create product content, including website copy, sales enablement materials, customer case studies, demos, and release notes
- Update personas and the ideal customer profile in collaboration with Sales and Demand Generation
- Track feature adoption and the results of each launch
- Produce competitive analysis reports and market insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in product marketing at software companies, preferably B2B SaaS
- Clear, persuasive writing with a strong value-based argument
- Experience conducting customer interviews and qualitative analysis
- Knowledge of positioning methodologies such as Jobs to Be Done
- Understanding of B2B consultative selling and long sales cycles
- Genuine curiosity about the product and the customer
- Business acumen to connect features with pain points and outcomes
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Preferred: experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP, or solutions for sales teams
- Preferred: knowledge of proposals, pricing, and approval workflows
- Preferred: experience analyzing data with tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Preferred: experience using artificial intelligence to optimize operations
