About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours
- Respond to patient questions with clarity and care
- Order necessary laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Maintain high-quality care, appointment availability, above-average patient satisfaction, and responses to patient messages within one business day
- Onboard new patients and provide longitudinal follow-up care
- Manage labs and prescriptions and answer clinical questions
- Provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and expanded clinical services to patients throughout the United States
Requirements
What you’ll need- Missouri medical license and residence
- Good standing with your professional board
- Deep appreciation and understanding of the trans experience
- Experience prescribing behavioral health medications for depression and anxiety
- Familiarity with established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent model of care
- Experience and comfort collaborating with diverse teams
- Comfortable with 100% remote patient care
- Strong technical background, including familiarity with EMRs, email communication, and app-based platforms
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the USA and resident in the USA
- Three or more state licenses (nice-to-have)
- Experience with telehealth and preferably direct-to-consumer telehealth/startup work (nice-to-have)
