About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify new needs and expand clients’ service portfolios.
  • Maintain daily contact with clients by participating in meetings and communicating via email and WhatsApp.
  • Build strategic client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Increase clients’ adoption of Pmweb platforms and products, driving engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver and develop workshops to train clients on the use of available tools.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management and collaborate with operational teams.
  • Monitor client metrics daily, ensuring strategies remain optimized.
  • Develop and present weekly and monthly reports with insights into service performance and usage.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies, optimizing campaign segmentation and personalization using RFV and LTV.
  • Implement control groups to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify high-value customers and propose initiatives to maximize relationship value.
  • Create multichannel campaigns aligned with customer needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze CRM KPIs, including retention, churn, and engagement, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and BI teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Generate detailed performance reports on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience managing client portfolios and providing strategic account service.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CRO, and Loyalty best practices.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate metrics and results to identify new business opportunities.
  • Advanced English and/or Spanish is a plus.
