About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review entries and approvals, release bank payments, handle invoicing, and send documents to clients
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations, record incoming payments, and support cash flow monitoring and liquidity reporting
  • Support monthly cash and corporate card closing processes, manage payroll records, and update delinquency reports
  • Support credit analyses and prepare financial assessments for new clients
  • Conduct preventive collections and negotiate with delinquent customers
  • Identify repetitive tasks and propose digital tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions to automate routines and integrate data into the ERP
  • Ensure processes comply with internal audit policies
  • Support the preparation of performance reports for leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including logical formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, date formulas, and pivot tables
  • Understanding of accrual accounting, cash flow, and bank reconciliation
  • Familiarity with or interest in using Artificial Intelligence tools and process automation
  • High flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet banking deadlines efficiently
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Treasury routines (preferred)
  • Experience with or interest in data visualization tools such as dashboards and Power BI (preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate English or Spanish (preferred)
