Key responsibilities & impact

Manage project requests related to system implementation and digital marketing
Act as the liaison between clients, internal teams, and support departments
Ensure that everyone works toward the objectives established by management
Maximize clients’ use of the Digital Marketing platform
Support the development of Digital Marketing solutions
Identify problems and their root causes, developing effective and efficient solutions
Analyze business requirements and gather the technical requirements needed to execute client project requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis in digital marketing, using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with project management tools
Advanced/fluent Spanish
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and self-directed
Logical mindset for gathering and analyzing technical requirements associated with business requirements
Flexibility to work with clients from different industries
Ability to map all deliverables arising from client requests, with support from the strategy team
Holistic perspective
Commitment and dedication, with a focus on quality and successful delivery
Eagerness and motivation to learn continuously
Preferred: experience with CRM and/or Digital Marketing
Preferred: knowledge of programming logic and SQL Server databases
