About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support functions for managers generally considered Business Unit Group Managers II
- Use office equipment and software to provide administrative support
- Respond to routine correspondence
- Prepare letters and memoranda for manager review
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports and presentations by gathering and summarizing data and preparing graphics and spreadsheets
- Contribute to the budgetary process by monitoring expenditures and researching budget variances
- Organize and expedite the flow of work through the manager’s office
- Communicate assignments and instructions from the manager
- Obtain information and initiate follow-up as required
- Screen and route mail, visitors, and telephone calls
- Research issues, gather data, and provide information in response to requests
- Establish, organize, and maintain files, records, and related materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Support the Executive overseeing the southern states where PNC has its Wealth Management presence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates or equivalent degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience in lieu of a degree
- Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including creating pivot tables and merging data from different sources
- Knowledge and ability in calendar management, office administration, organizing, presentation development, prioritization, and researching
