About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support to Business Unit Group Managers II
  • Use office equipment and software to perform administrative functions
  • Respond to routine correspondence
  • Prepare letters and memoranda for manager review
  • Schedule appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports and presentations by gathering and summarizing data and preparing graphics and spreadsheets
  • Monitor expenditures and research budget variances
  • Organize and expedite workflow through the manager's office
  • Communicate assignments and instructions from the manager
  • Obtain information and initiate follow-up as required
  • Screen and route mail, visitors, and telephone calls
  • Research issues, gather data, and provide information in response to requests
  • Establish, organize, and maintain files, records, and related materials
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Support PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization and contribute to customer-focused and risk-managed business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's or equivalent degree, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
