About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor within the PNC Private Bank Connect organization
- Provide guidance and advice on credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net-worth clients
- Act as a strategic partner by providing best-in-class products and business solutions
- Develop and cultivate client relationships to support retention, deepening, and acquisition
- Meet with internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services
- Build relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and centers of influence
- Execute day-to-day AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency
- Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit banking products and services
- Manage and monitor a book of business to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and sales revenue expansion
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members
- Ensure compliance with current banking policies and regulations
- Manage customer-focused business decisions and enterprise risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- No required certifications
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT
- Candidates must satisfy applicable Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
- Knowledge of credit and cash management solutions
- Experience with financial analysis, credit analysis, portfolio/book-of-business management, sales processes, and client relationship management
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests
- Knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
- Previous PNC Private Bank experience strongly preferred
