Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
  • Execute key line-of-business initiatives, growth strategies, and programs supporting business objectives
  • Deliver customer-focused outcomes and appropriate risk management practices
  • Execute and implement business planning processes
  • Design strategic plans based on forecasts and provide improvement recommendations
  • Develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts based on business direction and needs
  • Identify and execute opportunities that add business value and achieve business goals
  • Work with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy
  • Serve as a subject matter resource and advocate for best practices and learning plans
  • Track and report cost overhead, efficiencies, cost avoidance, and cost savings
  • Manage budgets and forecast monthly costs
  • Support vendor identification, due diligence, onboarding, proposal review, and service request management
  • Prepare committee approval materials for project funding requests
  • Develop reporting packages on equipment upgrades, spend, work status, and completion timelines
  • Report to the Physical Security Director of Product and Standards within PNC's Enterprise Technology & Security Organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong professional background in project coordination/management
  • Significant experience with scope of work review and quote obtainment
  • Understanding of invoicing and finance protocol and processing
  • Experience tracking and reporting cost overhead, efficiencies, cost avoidance, and cost savings
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting costs for monthly reporting
  • Experience identifying, conducting due diligence, and onboarding new vendors
  • Experience preparing materials for committee approvals supporting project funding requests
  • Experience reviewing and approving vendor proposals according to contract pricing and line-of-business standards
  • Experience managing vendor service request volumes, SLA compliance, and installation quality
  • Experience developing reporting packages covering equipment upgrades, spend, work status, and completion timelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines
  • Solid attention to detail in managing Physical Security protection standards
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • University/college degree typically required, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree listed under Education
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
