About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
  • Participate in developing and reviewing complex processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Provide senior-level consultation and communicate with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis
  • Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability
  • Mentor, lead, and coach associates to support knowledge transfer
  • Oversee development and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation
  • Translate business needs, processes, and procedures by partnering with experts and business stakeholders
  • Communicate complex business requirements to senior stakeholders and technology teams
  • Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment
  • Provide direction for successful project deployments
  • Drive development, analysis, and distribution of complex reporting
  • Support Vendor Finance and the Commercial Lending organization through technology and process initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Preferred experience with feature and product development
  • Experience with Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and requirements prioritization
  • Experience with application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Knowledge of business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and Waterfall Model
  • Competence in analytical thinking, business assessment, business process modeling, consulting, effectiveness measurement, information capture, problem solving, process management, project management, requirements analysis, and software product business knowledge
