About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
- Develop and review complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
- Provide senior-level consultation to clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis
- Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability
- Mentor, lead, and coach other associates to facilitate knowledge transfer
- Oversee development and maintenance of applicable policy and procedure documentation
- Partner with experts and business stakeholders to translate business needs, processes, and procedures into requirements
- Communicate complex business requirements to senior-level stakeholders and technology teams
- Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment
- Direct successful project deployment
- Drive development, analysis, and distribution of complex reporting
- Support Vendor Finance and the Commercial Lending organization within C&IB Business Technology Servicing
- Identify business needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions improving operational performance
- Analyze complex business processes and support technology and process initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
