About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements
  • Develop and review complex processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Provide senior-level consultation to clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis
  • Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability
  • Mentor, lead, and coach associates to support knowledge transfer
  • Oversee policy and procedure documentation
  • Partner with experts and business stakeholders to translate business needs and processes into requirements
  • Lead multiple business analysis project-management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of business needs and business processes
  • Data analytics and management reporting
  • Business process modeling and requirements analysis
  • Project management and process management
  • Analytical thinking, consulting, problem solving, prioritization, and decision making
  • Software product business knowledge
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am ET–5:00 pm ET
