About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
- Develop and review complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
- Provide senior-level consultation to clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis
- Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability
- Mentor, lead, and coach associates to support knowledge transfer
- Oversee development and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation
- Translate business needs, processes, and procedures in partnership with subject-matter experts and business stakeholders
- Communicate complex business requirements to senior stakeholders and technology teams
- Lead multiple business analysis project-management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment
- Direct successful project deployments
- Develop, analyze, and distribute complex reporting
- Identify process gaps, operational challenges, and root causes
- Develop actionable recommendations and implementation approaches for end-to-end process improvements
- Partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver operational and technology improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required for roles at this level
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Ability to conduct business requirements analysis and traceability
- Knowledge of business process modeling, process management, project management, requirements analysis, data analytics, management reporting, and workflow analytics
- Analytical thinking, business assessment, consulting, effectiveness measurement, information capture, problem solving, and decision making
- Knowledge of software product business processes
- Ability to manage risk, scope, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ability to develop SharePoint and Power Platform solutions is beneficial
- Core hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am ET–5:00 pm ET
- Occasional travel may be required
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position
