About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team or multiple teams conducting research and discovery
  • Collect and interpret business and/or IT requirements
  • Participate in developing and reviewing processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Lead business analysts in collating and articulating business requirements
  • Ensure strategic alignment between applicable functions
  • Lead collation of complex IT requirements when applicable
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to establish expectations and priorities supporting business processes
  • Consult on business cases covering scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and risk assessment
  • Consider integration of business-case aspects with other business and IT operations
  • Establish metrics and processes to ensure requirements are fully met
  • Manage talent by cultivating diverse teams, modeling values, driving change, achieving results, and developing employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience typically required
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and the Waterfall Model
  • Competency in analytical thinking, business case justification, business process design, problem solving, project management, requirements analysis, and service request management process
  • Experience with AI technologies and successfully implementing automated solutions into operations workflows preferred
  • No required certifications
