About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct research and collect and interpret business requirements
  • Participate in developing and reviewing processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Analyze information technology requirements in business processes
  • Obtain and identify business requirements to carry out and improve business processes
  • Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into workable systems
  • Communicate software requirements to applicable stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain policy, procedure, IT application, system specification, and test plan documentation under supervision
  • Work with business and technology staff to deliver project results
  • Implement risk analysis and meet required deliverables
  • Support development, analysis, and distribution of relevant reporting
  • Work 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST with rotating Saturdays and holidays

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Less than 1 year of professional experience typically required and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • Basic Excel functions including formatting, sorting, filtering, and simple formulas
  • Analytical skills
  • Cash ordering/handling experience
  • ATM experience preferred
  • Knowledge of business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and the Waterfall Model
  • Competence in requirements analysis, workflow analysis, business data analysis, process management, project management, and data/process/events/objects modeling
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
  • No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments
