About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct research and collect and interpret business requirements
  • Participate in developing and reviewing processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Analyze information technology requirements in business processes when applicable
  • Obtain and identify business requirements needed to carry out and improve business processes
  • Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into workable systems
  • Communicate specific software requirements to applicable stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure documentation, IT application documents, system specifications, and test plans under supervision
  • Work with business and technology staff to deliver project results
  • Implement risk analysis and meet required deliverables
  • Support the development, analysis, and distribution of relevant reporting
  • Focus on customer needs and satisfaction in business decisions
  • Manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Bachelor's degree listed under Education
  • Less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • Basic Excel functions including formatting, sorting, filtering, and simple formulas
  • Analytical skills
  • Cash ordering/handling experience
  • ATM experience preferred
  • Knowledge of business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and the Waterfall Model
  • Competencies in requirements analysis, workflow analysis, business data analysis, process management, project management, data/process/events/objects modeling, and software product business knowledge
  • Must be able to work 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST with rotating Saturdays and holidays
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
