About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business and technical expertise for analytics processes, tools, and applications
  • Create data-driven solutions for a business function or business unit
  • Recommend performance measures, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics
  • Analyze and process data
  • Build and maintain models and report templates
  • Develop dynamic, data-driven solutions
  • Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting findings from data processing and analysis
  • Consult on use of business intelligence data for predictive analytics
  • Facilitate implementation of new tools and data marts
  • Support data governance, data quality, and data ownership initiatives across related Tax Credit applications
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and application owners to establish accountability for critical data elements
  • Improve data integrity and maintain clearly defined data ownership and stewardship responsibilities
  • Lead data quality reviews
  • Identify and coordinate remediation of data issues
  • Support compliance with application governance standards and policies
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of analytical thinking, business intelligence, concept development, data-driven decision making, data integration, market research, performance metrics, qualitative research, and strategic planning
  • Competency in analytical thinking, business acumen, business analytics, consulting, decision making and critical thinking, and effective communications
  • Bachelor's education listed
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
