Lead analytics processes across multiple functions or business units using complex analytical tools
Create data-driven solutions
Mentor junior employees and consultants
Consult with clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product or solution development
Determine optimal analytic approaches and support development, implementation, and enhancements
Guide peers on analytic approaches for complex solutions
Conceptualize, develop, and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership
Enable data-driven decision-making
Analyze results and make recommendations to key business partners and senior management
Communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to diverse audiences
Drive data-informed decision-making, measurement of business outcomes, and adoption of advanced analytics and AI capabilities
Build executive-level reporting and ensure technology investments and use cases deliver measurable business value and ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles
Advanced experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboard development and administration
Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership
Strong knowledge of data modeling, KPI development, and performance measurement frameworks
Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and trend forecasting
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions
Experience measuring business outcomes, user adoption, and ROI for technology initiatives and use cases
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Experience partnering with executives to define KPIs, business value metrics, and performance measurement frameworks
Experience designing enterprise data models, semantic layers, and governed reporting solutions
Experience leading analytics modernization and BI transformation initiatives
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and executive recommendations
Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions
University/college degree typically required, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
