About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team responsible for enterprise reporting and analytics solutions
Own reporting intake, demand management, prioritization, planning, and execution oversight
Maintain the reporting portfolio roadmap and oversee projects, enhancements, and support activities
Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning
Facilitate requirements review, assignment, timeline management, and delivery tracking
Serve as primary escalation leader for reporting initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations
Monitor portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization
Provide visibility to senior leadership
Implement and enhance the reporting team's operating model, governance processes, and delivery practices
Coach team members and manage performance, career planning, and growth opportunities
Strengthen business acumen and domain knowledge across the team
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery
Identify, size, plan, and prioritize analytics opportunities
Assess scope and resources required for analytics projects
Manage and communicate key performance metrics and operational challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

University / college degree typically required
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
At least 3 years of prior management experience typically required
Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience developing in visual analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Additional experience with ETL tools, data management querying tools and languages, and technical project management is strongly preferred
No required certifications
No required licenses
