About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design business architecture through needs analysis, routine problem resolution and outcomes estimation
- Deliver technical roadmaps on business processes, application blueprints, data models and system layers
- Analyze business requirements, current technical gaps and applications needed to support business strategies
- Conduct risk assessments, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution
- Estimate the effectiveness of business architecture outcomes
- Communicate client feedback to technology teams to improve deliverables and meet business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and collaborate with different teams
- Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and solutions
- Provide data provisioning for risk assessments, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- Experience in analytics, SQL and Hadoop
- Ability to present complex concepts and communicate technical content to general audiences
- Ability to design and document technical requirements
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create and troubleshoot SQL
- Working knowledge of Hadoop, Hive and Impala
- Experience documenting data requirements
- Ability to perform data analysis for downstream demand
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- University/college degree typically required, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Bachelor's degree
