About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a large book of business of 400+ clients in the $2-10MM segment
- Maintain and grow the assigned book of business
- Make significant outbound calls to identify business needs and drive new opportunities
- Manage existing clients across multiple markets using virtual communication
- Grow share of wallet, sales, revenue, client engagement, and loyalty
- Present PNC's full range of products and services to meet customer needs
- Develop and manage clients remotely across multiple markets
- Transition clients to primary-client relationships
- Coordinate implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services
- Use industry and market knowledge to prioritize efforts
- Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
- Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Virtual RM team to share best practices and opportunities
- Partner with Small Business sales development teams on client outreach
- Use multiple communication channels and technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty
- Manage risk/return in accordance with PNC's risk profile
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of business banking relationship management experience working with businesses in the 2 - 10MM in annual revenue
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Strong virtual communication skills
- Ability to sell effectively in a virtual environment
- Ability to leverage technology quickly
- Highly organized and able to manage a large book of business and large sets of metrics
- Comfort operating in a monitored environment
- Knowledge of business banking relationship management
- Experience with businesses in the $2-10MM annual revenue segment
- Analyzing business tax returns and structuring small business loans is a plus
- Spanish speaking preferred
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
