About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of virtual Business Banking Healthcare Relationship Managers
  • Provide strategic direction, performance coaching, and day-to-day leadership
  • Drive portfolio growth, client satisfaction, and risk management

  • Plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes
  • Coach team members on analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating credit risk and leading others on credit requests
  • Regularly update the team and connect strategy to day-to-day activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required; Bachelor's listed under Education
  • Industry experience typically 8+ years
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of Business Banking and healthcare environments
  • Experience managing large books of business and portfolios for businesses in the $2–10MM annual revenue range
  • Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • Skills in account management, client prospecting, coaching, customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, leadership, negotiation, and staff oversight
  • Competencies in conflict management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, sales management, and selling
  • Must be able to regularly report into a PNC major facility
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
  • No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments
