About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions
  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and quality for new and existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
  • Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well-being
  • Increase client engagement and loyalty
  • Build internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships
  • Present PNC’s full range of products and services to clients
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyze, evaluate, and inform on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Experience selling to one or more of professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or general services is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial wellness solutions, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning
  • Book of business experience
