About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, implementation, and administration of employees' base salary, incentives, sales, and executive compensation
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluations, and salary increase reviews
- Monitor compensation policies and procedures and recommend revisions based on market trends
- Provide compensation recommendations to business partners using market trends and peer equity analysis
- Create reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact supporting the Asset Management Group line of business
- Provide strategic and day-to-day compensation support to key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's education listed
- Experience in compensation
- Experience within the asset management and/or wealth management industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities in Benefits Administration, Compensation Analysis, Consulting, HRIS, Human Resources Policies, Internal Controls, Job Evaluations, Salary Structure Design, Strategic Planning, and Work Analysis
- Competencies in Business Acumen, Compensation Management, Data Gathering and Analysis, Human Resources Policies, Strategies and Environment, and Workforce Analytics
- No required certifications or licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must be able to work in one of Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, or Washington, DC
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
