About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support identification of opportunities to use GenAI and Agentic AI in Enterprise Compliance
Work with Compliance and Technology stakeholders to identify design requirements for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
Assist in constructing data solutions for compliance use cases
Develop solutions independently or with Technology partners on PNC-approved technologies
Coordinate testing of developed solutions with appropriate stakeholders
Support documentation and workflow of governance processes for solution approval
Perform ongoing monitoring of developed solutions
Recommend changes to existing solutions
Implement compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices
Gather and analyze data to identify compliance risks and assist in suggesting resolutions
Escalate identified risks to senior team members as necessary
Identify compliance impacts on marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review, and other business initiatives
Assess existing and emerging risks and evaluate risk materiality when appropriate
Research laws, rules, and regulatory requirements
Draft or assess Compliance Manuals, Front Office materials, policies, and procedures
Coordinate compliance monitoring programs and review activity against established risk control limits
Execute compliance program objectives for assigned areas, products/services, and regulations
Communicate compliance program objectives to business partners
Challenge analyses and formulate recommendations under supervision
Prepare compliance reports and escalate issues through governance channels
Assist with updating or implementing reports for timely compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

University / college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Neo4j, and other AI systems
Knowledge of compliance reporting, customer risk, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, and risk control
Competency in accuracy and attention to detail, anti-money laundering/sanctions policies and procedures, audit and compliance functions, auditing, fraud management, internal controls, and problem solving
No required certifications
No required licenses
No required or preferred language assessments
Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
