About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage major physical properties in an assigned region
  • Drive property performance to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level
  • Ensure properties operate in a code-compliant, safe, functional, and cost-effective manner
  • Manage vendors and contractors
  • Prepare and work with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budgets and capital/expense project plans
  • Identify and execute regional, cross-regional, and enterprise-wide initiatives or projects
  • Design and implement building-specific plans, including space planning, cost-saving initiatives, and long-term asset preservation
  • Assist the regional property manager with regional initiatives
  • Oversee property and regional projects up to $200,000, including reconfigurations and consolidations
  • Approve property-related projects up to $50,000
  • Ensure projects are on budget, on time, and completed with minimal disruption to end users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge and ability in budgeting, competitive advantages, cost effectiveness analysis, cost reduction, investment management, results orientation, and strategic planning
  • Competence in accuracy and attention to detail, effective communications, facilities management, lease and property management, occupational safety and health standards compliance, problem solving, project management, and real estate law and policy compliance
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must be able to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
