Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working toward a bachelor’s degree
  • Junior status
  • Minimum GPA 3.2
  • Preferred business-relevant majors, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Innovation, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, and Operations
  • Relevant skills and abilities in accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communications, flexibility and adaptability, information capture, initiative, products and services, and self-directed growth and development
  • No employment visa sponsorship
  • No STEM OPT participation
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
