About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist PNC business customers through the Care Center organization
- Field 50–60 inbound phone calls daily
- Provide first-call resolution for client concerns, technology support, and general inquiries regarding business or consumer accounts
- Support deposit, lending, and credit card products
- Perform specialized customer service activities and initiatives
- Support a complex suite of products and services for sophisticated clients
- Resolve customer issues across multiple service channels
- Deliver the CARES model to customers and service partners
- Receive, investigate, and respond to inquiries about products, services, and issues
- Recommend appropriate solutions and resolve complex or recurring issues
- Interact with higher levels within customer organizations when needed
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to quality
- Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort
- Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
- Current PNC Care Center experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, including weekends
- Dedicated and confidential workspace with a closable door for privacy
- High-speed internet with a direct wired connection to a cable or fiber modem and router
- Internet connection capable of at least 20 Mbps download and upload speeds
- Wireless, DSL, satellite, dial-up, cellular, microwave, and Broadband Powerline connections are not permitted/supported
- No university/college degree, high school diploma, or GED required; related experience or product knowledge required
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
