About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide elevated, personalized client service for a broad range of products and services
  • Own and resolve client problems as the primary point of contact
  • Deliver PNC’s service standards to clients and service partners
  • Investigate and proactively identify and resolve complex client inquiries across all service channels
  • Support primarily affluent clients, including clients with multiple PNC products
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Document and review client interactions
  • Research and resolve problems
  • Proactively complete service requests to minimize client effort
  • Support clients through inbound, outbound, and written communications
  • Build strong client relationships and anticipate client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree required
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered

  • Subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for registered roles, the SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
