About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services
- Support a complex dedicated suite of products and services
- Support a sophisticated client base and leverage advanced processes or tools for internal and external customers
- Resolve customer issues across multiple service channels
- Deliver the CARES model to customers and service partners
- Receive, investigate, and respond to inquiries about complex products, services, and issues
- Recommend appropriate solutions and resolve complex or recurring issues
- Identify root causes and act as an escalation point
- Interact with higher levels within customer organizations
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to quality
- Serve as a coach, mentor, or trainer to the customer service team
- Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort
- Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge
- Typically requires 3+ years experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
