About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and enhance the Commercial Risk Warehouse, a centralized data warehouse supporting risk management, analytics, reporting, and modeling across Commercial Banking
Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle SQL, Informatica ETL processes, and data integration workflows
Investigate production incidents and perform root-cause analysis
Resolve data quality issues and support application stability and reliability
Collaborate with business partners, data consumers, architects, and support teams on enhancements and modernization initiatives
Participate in platform modernization efforts, including automation, AI-assisted development, and future distributed data technologies
Develop, support, and implement data services for multiple applications
Define data service requirements and data preparation processes with users, developers, operations, and business partners
Design and build data service infrastructure across multiple data platforms
Develop and implement scalable, available, and maintainable data solutions
Implement data migration and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and security
Manage risks associated with business objectives and activities within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Oracle SQL development and data analysis skills
Informatica PowerCenter or comparable enterprise ETL platform experience
Experience supporting data warehouse, ETL, or data integration applications
Production support and troubleshooting experience
Linux/Unix experience
Data lineage, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis experience
Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and testing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
University/college degree typically required for this level
3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
