About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and independently execute GenAI Standards of Care evaluations for complex and high-impact use cases
- Review architectural designs, data sources, and solution testing
- Independently verify technical integrity and testing of solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams, solution owners, and leadership on progress and issues
- Apply policy, procedure, and playbook requirements to Standards of Care submissions
- Validate submission completeness, evidence sufficiency, and alignment with governance standards
- Support development and enhancement of reports and dashboards tracking progress
- Identify, document, and articulate risks, control gaps, and remediation requirements
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to solution owners and governance stakeholders
- Refine Standards of Care processes, tools, and documentation based on execution insights
- Link Standards of Care findings to enterprise-level trends and portfolio oversight
- Escalate systemic issues indicating broader governance risk
- Provide thought leadership on governance process improvements and intake changes
- Manage and develop information systems for clients
- Conduct data information analysis for a variety of studies under organizational standards
- Develop strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery
- Advise business, applications, and operations counterparts to ensure data integrity and availability
- Structure environments and create logical storage units for database elements
- Implement and support technologies for managing and utilizing multiple information sources, formats, and uses
- Resolve data integration and security issues according to organizational quality standards
- Research customer needs and conduct awareness and promotional sessions for potential customers
- Maintain customer focus and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Technical aptitude to review architectural designs, data sources, and solution testing
- Knowledge of analytical thinking, data analytics, data mining, data science, machine learning, Snowflake, and GenAI
- Competence in application design, architecture, business intelligence, data architecture, data governance, data mining, emerging technologies, informatics/information sciences, IT standards, procedures and policies, data/process/event/object modeling, and root cause analysis
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position
