About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage governance forum operations, including agenda creation, meeting preparation, decision tracking, action-item follow-up, and documentation management
  • Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Ethics, HR, Risk, and Technology to drive progress
  • Support annual Responsible AI reporting activities
  • Contribute to program innovation and intellectual property tracking
  • Perform analytical tasks on structured and unstructured data to extract actionable business insights
  • Participate in data gathering, data processing, and data mining of large and complex datasets
  • Develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques, including machine learning, to predict business outcomes and recommend optimal actions
  • Run analytical experiments to identify product and process optimization opportunities
  • Assist in presenting business insights to management using visualization technologies and data storytelling
  • Partner with Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Visualization Experts to develop data-driven business solutions
  • Contribute to the program's official audit trail and governance record

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Master's education listed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in Python, Tableau, and Power BI preferred
  • Preferred knowledge of AI Risk Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Mining, Data Science, and Machine Learning
  • Knowledge of Data Architecture, Information Capture, Modeling, Prototyping, and Query and Database Access Tools
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position
