About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients
- Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business
- Own the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking
- Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through exceptional client experiences
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies
- Determine appropriate products and present financial recommendations and guidance
- Establish and monitor individual financial plans and recommend changes
- Coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities
- Lead branch-team actions to achieve investment results
- Communicate with branch managers and partners to build referral activity
- Review business results and pipeline management
- Meet service-level agreements on lead and referral follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required
- Life and Health Insurance required
- Must comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
